Shipping information

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted against another order or canceled.

For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or international speed post only.

Align Off is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 1-3 business days from the date of the order and make subsequent payment against the same or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail id as specified during registration.

Delivery Times: Depending on the destination and shipping method chosen, orders can take 3 - 15 business days to deliver.

Delivery information

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed with Align Off, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

That any gift card purchases doesn’t count towards the free shipping threshold.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe by Align Off, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the date of delivery as stated on your tracking information.
