Return & Refund

To Start a Return:

  1. Visit the "My Orders" section on our website once you've logged in to your account.
  2. Locate the specific order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Tap on the 'Return' button and follow the prompts on the screen.
  4. Fill out the return form, providing details such as the reason for the return, item condition, and any additional comments or concerns.
  5. Review the return information and ensure accuracy before submitting the form.
  6. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and a return authorization number, if applicable.
  7. Our customer service team will arrange a pickup for your return. You will be contacted to schedule a convenient pickup time and location.
  8. Package the item securely, including all original accessories, tags, and packaging materials.
  9. At the scheduled pickup time, our designated courier will arrive to collect the return package.
  10. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange as per our return policy.
  11. You will be notified via email regarding the status and completion of your return process.

Terms and Conditions:

Please note that the availability of pickup services may vary depending on your location and our specific return policy. It's recommended to refer to the detailed instructions provided on our website or contact our customer service for any specific return-related inquiries or clarifications.

1. In order to get a full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odor and fragrance, scuffs, tears, or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 7 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return. No exceptions. The same should be processed/ raised query for return within Seven (7) days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end. If you are returning multiple orders, please do not combine them as it may cause processing delays.

2. All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care of by you.

3. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our sales/support team and inform them at the earliest possible at contact@shopalignoff.com.

4. In case you have canceled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company from our end, they will still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. The same will be returned to us.

5. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, upon approval of request for return, we will initiate a refund procedure for your money within 10-15 working days.

6. The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 10-15 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

7. In certain cases, refunds may apply. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis evaluating the credibility of relevant circumstances on the full discretion of Align Off.

8. You shall be entitled to a refund only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

  • Your Product(s) has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery;
  • Your Product(s) is different or the quantity is different from what was shown on the website or application;
  • Us canceling your order due to (A) your delivery location following outside our designated delivery zones; (B) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or (C) failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking; or
  • Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
  • All refund amounts shall be credited to your respective Bank account within 10-15 business days in accordance with the terms stipulated by Your Bank.
  • Any discount codes used with an order will be split evenly between items as a percentage. So when a refund is processed, you will receive the discounted price as a refund.

9. Damages and issues -

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Notify us within 2 days of delivery. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 7 days from the date you received it.

10. We do not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled. We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be completely accurate. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@shopalignoff.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria and will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

11. If 7 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a return or an exchange. Also, there shall be no return/ exchange/ cancellation available on the products that are in sale or marked as “Final Sale”, Briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive strip or they will not be accepted for hygiene reasons. Socks and Hosiery must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Personalised items can't be returned, excluding orders purchased with the welcome promotion code which satisfies the condition in clause 8.

12. At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you would like to return and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.

13. Price adjustments do not apply to items included in special and/or limited-time savings events.

14. Return can be done only one time. The second time we will not permit.

15. However, in the unlikely event of an item on your order being unavailable, we will contact you on the phone number provided to us at the time of placing the order and inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to modify or cancel the entire order and shall be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

16. We reserve the sole right to modify/cancel your order in the following circumstance:

  • in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us; b. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;
  • failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery; or
  • unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order.

17. Still haven't received your refund
