Orders & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Once payment is approved and item availability is confirmed, orders are processed. Please be aware that our product availability can change due to limited quantities. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days

How will I know when my order was successfully placed?

We will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email will provide your order number and billing information. If you don't receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.

Can I modify or update my order once it is placed?

Can I change the shipping address once the order is placed?

How can I track my order?

When your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email from them with the tracking number (AWB) associated with your order. To monitor the status, visit the courier's website, enter the AWB number, and track your shipment.

What is a pre-order?

Pre-Order items are the latest additions to our collection that you can reserve in advance for a limited period. By purchasing a Pre-Order item, you ensure early access to the product in your desired style and size. Once we receive the Pre-Order item in our warehouse, we'll ship it to you within the timeframe indicated on the product page.

What happens if I order an item that is on pre-order?

If an item is available for pre-order, its anticipated ship date will be specified on the product page, and we will capture the full payment immediately. Should you decide to cancel your order before the ship date, please contact Customer Service.
We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items if you wish to purchase both.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

To ensure that you order the correct size, we recommend checking the Size Guide on our website. This will provide you with detailed measurements to help you select the right size for your body type.

Can I cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team, and we'll do our utmost to accommodate your request.
Please note: not all orders can be canceled.

I've bought a gift card, can I cancel or return it?

Unfortunately, our gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be cancelled or returned.

How do I return my purchase?

To initiate a return, simply follow our hassle-free process by clicking on "Start A Return" in the footer, providing your order number and email, and filling out the return form.

What is your Return Policy?

We offer 7-day free returns. For details on our return policy, please visit the Returns Policy section on our website.

What should I do if I have received a faulty or damaged item?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. If you believe that you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the item so we can assist you. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 7-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

How are refunds processed?

Once the return has been received at our warehouse and accepted by the Quality and Control team, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. We make every effort to process return credits as quickly as possible. However, please note the the processing time can vary among banks and may take up to two weeks from the time we receive your package. The refund covers the full price of the product(s) but excludes delivery charges.

Can I exchange my purchase?

While we do not offer exchanges for online orders, you can easily return unwanted items to us for a full refund. For more information, please read our Returns Policy.

Do I get the shipping charges refunded in case of a return?

In case of a return, your shipping charges would not be refunded.

Can I use a discount code during the sale?

The style/size/colour I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

Align Off releases new collections in limited editions. If a product is unavailable, you can sign up for email notifications regarding its restocking by clicking the "back in stock" button on the product page.

What are the care instructions for our products?

For the best care of our products, we recommend hand washing. If that's not an option, please use a mesh bag during machine washing. Always wash separately in cold water with like colors and steer clear of bleach, dry cleaning, ironing, or tumble drying.
